Flow yoga: Move with intention
Flow yoga is a style where movement and breath are linked together in a steady, intentional way. Poses flow from one to the next, creating a practice that feels rhythmic, energizing, and grounded. It’s not about keeping up or doing the “hardest” version of a pose; flow yoga can be strong and accessible, with options to meet your body where it is each day.
